Thank you for shopping at Hues Decor (huesdecor.com). We take great pride in the quality of our seasonal home decor products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to be clear, fair, and fully compliant with consumer protection standards.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or an exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging (including all tags, boxes, and protective wrapping).

  • You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase).

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us at support@huesdecor.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the damage or issue.

  • We will review your claim immediately and, if approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Return Shipping Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our customer support team at support@huesdecor.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, our team will provide you with the exact return shipping address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Important Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or back to the address listed on your shipping label without prior authorization from our team. Returns sent without confirmation will not be processed.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), Hues Decor will cover all return shipping costs or provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • For change-of-mind returns (e.g., you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong size/style), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds Process & Timeline

  • Once your return package is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the bank or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us.
